PRODUCT WARRANTY
Easy Energy guarantees that the enclosed charger is free from all defects in materials for one (1) year. If the YoGen is defective, return the device to Easy Energy in the original package with the proof of purchase bar code and receipt for an equivalent replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by non-standard use, such as accident, modifications to the product, or disassembly. This device is not waterproof.
IMPORTANT
New electronic devices must be fully charged once with their own chargers before using the YoGen. Batteries that have been fully drained may take several minutes to charge, with either YoGen or the device’s wall charger before the device is ready to operate. Amount of talk/play time varies by device.

Return Policy
Delivery Package Damage
If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, immediately notify YoGenStore.com within five (5) days. We will then file a freight damage claim with the shipper involved. (Follow the ‘Return Instructions’ below)
Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product immediately notify YoGenStore.com within five (5) days. (Follow the ‘Return Instructions’ below)
Defective Product
These must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. (Follow the ‘Return Instructions’ below)
Unwanted Product
All refunds in this case are at the discretion of YoGenStore.com and must be agreed within 14 days of the product being received. If a refund is agreed, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of agreement being reached. Items must be in original packaging with all parts as supplied and be in a re-saleable condition. YoGenStore.com reserves the right to withhold a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee a return. (Follow the ‘Return Instructions’ below)
Return Instructions
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form from us at returns@yogenstore.com. The RMA form will be sent to you via email. Send the product with the RMA form to this address:

We do not accept any returns without an accompanying RMA form. All returns will be processed after they arrive in our warehouse and will be fully inspected and tested. We will then send a replacement to you if the product is found to be faulty. The manufacturer guarantees that the enclosed charger is free from all defects in materials for one year. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, modifications to the product, disassembly, abuse, or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any unauthorized return or shipping charges will be refused. Use the shipper of your choice. For your protection, insure the package for the full value. The customer assumes responsibility for product until receipt at YoGenStore.com.
If the item is found to be defective or a packing error has occurred - the postage for returning the item to us will be refunded if requested.

YoGenStore.com makes every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible by the shipping option you requested.
Payment Methods
All orders must be paid in U.S. funds (USD$). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and payment through PayPal. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders.
Taxes, duties, and customs fees
Commonwealth of Virginia Residents - YoGenStore.com calculates, collects, and remits state sales tax on orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia, at the current rate of 5%.
All others - The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. If imposed on your order, these charges are due at time of delivery. These charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by YoGenStore.com. Please contact your local customs office for more information and an estimate of these fees.
